My name is Ann Willis-Hill, and I have a BA and MBA. I'm a Racial Equity Technical Assistance and Training specialist for the State of California. For over a decade, I have specialized in employee engagement, assisting employees in achieving their goals and improving their personal and professional relationships. My formal education includes a Bachelor's in Economics from California State University Bakersfield and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
In 2001, I faced the devastating loss of my mother and husband. Despite the pain, I persevered, obtaining two degrees and raising three beautiful, successful young ladies as a single mother. Throughout my career, I have recognized the valuable insights that every person I encountered brings to how we interact. This knowledge should be shared and provided to everyone who needs it.
As a collective society, I believe that once we all learn to value each other, we will all prosper. I am dedicated to improving humanity by facilitating knowledge sharing and fostering mutual respect and understanding.
